1. Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize all feeding utensils (bottle, teat, cap, etc.).
2. Boil freshly-run drinking water for 10 minutes. Let the water cool in the kettle for about 30 minutes until it reaches approximately 40°C.
3. Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide on packaging) into a sterilized bottle. Do not use water that has been reheated or boiled more than once.
4. Use only the scoop provided in the box. Level the powder with the back of a clean knife—do not press extra powder into the scoop.
5. Add the prescribed number of scoops of powder to the water. Using too much or too little can be harmful to your baby.
6. Cap the bottle and shake vigorously for around 10 seconds to dissolve powder thoroughly. Replace the cap with a sterilized teat after shaking.
