Both of them facilitate the replenishing effect of the skin in combination with Hyaluronic Acid molecules. They assist the replenishing and plumping action of hyaluronic acids, acting more gradually and supporting their biological function at skin level Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 (Matrifull) and Acetyl Hexapeptide-37. Finally, Chondroitin Sulfate helps create a 3D scaffold with Hyaluronic Acid molecules.
