- The shipping period starts from the business day following payment confirmation.
- Order processing times may vary during peak seasons, special promotions, or periods of high order volume.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- The expected delivery time for orders is approximately **3–7 business days**, starting from the business day following payment confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond the control of the shipping companies.
3. Required Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information to ensure successful delivery of their orders, including:
- Full name
- Valid and active phone number
- Complete and clear delivery address
PLCgcc shall not be held responsible for any delay or failed delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Failed Delivery or Customer Information Errors
If delivery cannot be completed due to any of the following:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer being unavailable or not responding to delivery attempts
- Customer requesting to modify or cancel the shipment after it has been dispatched
The customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping, return, and re-shipping fees.
5. Errors Caused by PLCgcc
In the event of an error on the part of PLCgcc, including but not limited to:
- Sending a product different from the one ordered
- Missing products or incorrect quantities
- Errors in order processing or shipping information caused by our team
PLCgcc will be responsible for resolving the issue in accordance with our internal review and approved customer service policy.
6. Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Handling fees or other government-imposed charges
Such charges are determined by the relevant authorities in the customer's country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused entry by customs or any government authority, or is returned for regulatory reasons, the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping and return fees.

Certain products may be subject to special shipping requirements or restrictions. In such cases, PLCgcc reserves the right to cancel or delay any order containing products that are subject to shipping restrictions.
8. International Products
- Some products are registered outside the United Arab Emirates and are shipped from the same country in which they are registered.
- If the customer refuses to receive the order after it has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping and return fees.
9. Product Packaging & Quality Protection
We take care to package all products appropriately to help maintain their quality during transportation.

Skincare, haircare, and body care products are packaged appropriately to help ensure that they arrive in good condition.
Food Products
Food products are handled and packaged according to appropriate standards to help maintain their quality during shipping.
The customer is responsible for receiving the order promptly upon delivery.
PLCgcc shall not be held responsible for any damage, melting, changes in quality, or deterioration of food products resulting from:
- Delayed receipt of the order by the customer
- Improper storage after delivery

PLCgcc shall not be held responsible for any delay or disruption in delivery resulting from:
- Shipping companies
- Customs procedures
- Weather conditions
- Political circumstances
- Force majeure or any other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the order, in accordance with the applicable shipping rate policy.
Free shipping offers or shipping discounts may be applied during specific promotional periods.
